摘要
为降低离心泵的最大输入功率 ,提高泵组的运行可靠性 ,导出了一数学模型以优化叶轮几何参数 ,它能将泵的轴功率降低到最小可能值 ,为这类离心叶轮参数计算提供了一种新的方法。
Reducing the maximum shaft power of a centrifugal pump is an essential objective in pump design. In order to decrease the maximum power required by a pump and improve its reliability of the pump unit, the author developed a mathematical model to determine the geometrical parameters of an impeller in this paper, which could lower the power required to a minimum and provides a new way for parameter calculation of this sort of impellers.
