摘要
博物馆藏品资源转化为学校教育资源,是博物馆加快融入学校教育体系、实现博物馆与学校教育充分结合的必然要求。近年来,在政策的强力推动下,我国博物馆藏品资源通过转化为课程资源、教材资源、教研资源和课外活动资源,主动融入学校教育体系。博物馆藏品资源转化为学校教育资源的实践探索虽初见成效,但仍面临着供给、版权、渠道和人才等方面的瓶颈亟待破解。为此,可通过提升藏品资源供给能力、打破藏品版权壁垒、畅通资源转化渠道、加强专门人才建设等举措来寻求突破。
The conversion of museum collection resources into educational assets for schools is an essential requirement for museums to integrate into the educational system and achieve a full combination of museums and school education.In recent years,driven by robust policies,Chinese museums have actively integrated their collection resources into the school education system,transforming them into curriculum resources,teaching materials,research resources,and extracurricular activity resources.While the practical exploration of converting museum collection resources into educational assets has shown initial results,it still faces challenges that urgently need to be addressed,such as supply,copyright,approaches,and talent.To overcome these challenges,efforts can be made to enhance the supply capacity of collection resources,break down copyright barriers,facilitate the approaches for resource transformation,and strengthen the development of specialized talent.
