摘要
基于庞巴迪全电子联锁系统的结构和ZDJ9型转辙机控制电路基本原理,分析庞巴迪全电子联锁与ZDJ9型转辙机接口在应用过程中存在的道岔瞬间失表示和联锁板卡自动重启等问题,确定转辙机控制板采集灵敏度较高、转辙机表示电压偏低、转辙机接点接触不稳定,以及列车震动等外部环境因素干扰是导致故障的主要原因;结合庞巴迪七线制ZDJ9型转辙机控制电路的设计特点和天津地铁2、3号线设备维护经验,提出相应的解决措施;通过天津地铁2、3号线近几年设备故障数据对比,验证改进措施的可靠性和有效性。可为庞巴迪全电子联锁与ZDJ9型转辙机接口工程应用及设备维护提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Based on the structure of the Bombardier full-electronic interlocking system and the basic principle of the ZDJ9 switch machine control circuit,the problems are analyzed that the turnout instantaneously loses indication and interlocking boards are automatically restarted in the application process of Bombardier all-electronic interlocking and ZDJ9 switch machine interface.It is found that the high acquisition sensitivity of the switch machine control board,the low of the switch machine indication voltage,the unstable contact of the switch machine contacts and the interference of external environmental factors such as train vibration are the main cause of failure.Combined with the design characteristics of the Bombardier 7-wire ZDJ9 switch machine control circuit and the equipment maintenance experience of Tianjin Metro Line 2 and Line 3,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and the reliability and effectiveness of the improvement measures are verified through the comparison of equipment failure data of Tianjin Metro Line 2 and 3 in recent years.Providing certain references for Bombardier full-electronic interlocking and ZDJ9 switch machine interface engineering application and equipment maintenance.
