城轨车辆双车全自动调试试验技术研究

摘要 随着城轨车辆车车通信技术的发展,在公司全自动市域列车上已采用该技术进行车辆的信号控制。在对基于车车通信的两列城轨车辆进行动态双车跟踪调试试验的过程中,工程技术人员遇到了各种问题,为了在保障安全的同时达到双车全自动调试试验的最优效果,工程技术人员通过协调各方,与供应商配合分析解决了车辆与信号的接口问题、车辆能耗与牵引变电所容量匹配性问题,制定了有效的管理措施对试验参与方资源进行合理配置,成功完成了双车跟踪的动态试验展示,保障了双车动调试验的安全进行,本次实验的过程和经验可对后续的此类试验提供有意义的参考价值,为类似的故障处理提供指导方法。 With the development of train-train communication technology on metro train,this technology is adopted for signal control in our company's new generation of metro train.Through the hole process in dynamic debugging tests of the two metro trains based on Train-train communication technology,engineers and technicians encountered various problems.To ensure safety and achieve the best results of the test,we solved the problem of the interface between the train and the signal by coordinating all parties and analyzing and cooperating with the signal supplier.The problem of the matching of energy consumption and the capacity of traction substations,effective management measures have been formulated to rationally allocate the resources of the test participants,and the successful completion of the dynamic test demonstration of dual-vehicle tracking,ensuring the safe conduct of the dual-vehicle dynamic adjustment test.The process and experience of this experiment can provide meaningful reference value for subsequent experiments of this type and provide guidance for similar fault.
