摘要
肥胖作为糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常以及心血管事件等疾病的高危因素,引发了临床广泛关注。西医治疗肥胖主要限于药物或手术治疗,难以令患者接受。而艾灸治疗作为中医的“绿色疗法”,在肥胖治疗方面发挥着巨大优势。艾灸疗法借助其温热之力,可温化阴邪、扶正助阳,以达标本同治的目的。艾灸疗法在综合调理肥胖患者机能状态的同时,还可改善患者体质。因此文章通过归纳和总结艾灸治疗肥胖的相关文献,发现艾灸治疗肥胖具有疗效明显,综合调理;温和调理,改善体质;未病先防,提早干预以及既病防变,减少并发的疗效特点。此外,艾灸治疗可通过改善能量代谢、均衡肥胖相关因子以及改善肠道菌群等途径,综合调理机体的代谢状态,促进机体能量消耗,减少机体能量摄入,以达到改善肥胖的目的。
As a high risk factor for diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia and cardiovascular events,obesity has aroused widespread clinical attention.The treatment of obesity in Western medicine is mainly limited to drug or surgical treatment,which is difficult for patients to accept.And moxibustion treatment as the“green therapy”of traditional Chinese medicine,plays a huge advantage in the treatment of obesity.Moxibustion therapy with its warm heat,can warm the Yin evil,strengthen the positive Yang,in order to achieve the goal of the same treatment.Moxibustion therapy can not only regulate the function of obese patients,but also improve their physique.Therefore,by summarizing and summarizing the relevant literature of moxibustion treatment of obesity,it is found that moxibustion treatment of obesity has obvious curative effect,comprehensive conditioning;mild conditioning,improve physical fitness;prevention before the disease,early intervention and prevention of disease,reduce the effect of complications.In addition,moxibustion treatment can improve energy metabolism,balance obesity-related factors and improve intestinal flora to comprehensively regulate the metabolic state of the body,promote energy consumption and reduce energy intake,so as to achieve the purpose of improving obesity.
