摘要
目的探讨自拟桃红四物汤治疗血瘀型月经不调的临床效果及对内分泌功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在山东省邹城市人民医院中医科就诊的132例血瘀型月经不调患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组采用复方左炔诺孕酮片治疗,观察组采用自拟桃红四物汤治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后观察组孕激素、雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组月经量多于对照组,月经评分高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟桃红四物汤治疗血瘀型月经不调的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-prepared Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type menstrual disorder and its influence on endocrine function.Methods A total of 132 patients with blood stasis type of menstrual disorder who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zoucheng People’s Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Levonorgestrel Tablets,and the observation group was treated with self-prepared Taohong Siwu Decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of progestogen,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the observation group was more than that of the control group,the menstrual score was higher than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-prepared Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type menstrual disorder is significant.
