摘要
目的探讨心理护理在月经不调女性康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2019年2月—2020年2月该院月经不调女性患者50例,依据护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者同时采用心理护理。对比分析两组患者的临床护理成效以及患者护理满意度、焦虑抑郁评分。结果在诊疗总有效率方面,观察组为96.00%(24/25),对照组为84.00%(21/25),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.140,P<0.05)。在对护理方法的满意度方面,观察组为96.00%(24/25),对照组为80.00%(20/25),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.831,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后较护理前的SDS评分、SAS评分降低幅度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对月经不调女性患者的康复过程中给予常规护理基础之上附加心理护理,能够明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,很好地改善患者的预后,并且在一定程度上明显提升患者对于护理工作的整体满意程度,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of women with irregular menstruation.Methods A retrospective selection of 50 female patients with irregular menstruation in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups based on nursing methods,a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25).Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group received psychological nursing care at the same time.A comparative analysis of the clinical nursing effectiveness of the two groups of patients,as well as patient care satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores.Results In terms of the total effective rate of diagnosis and treatment,the observation group was 96.00%(24/25)and the control group was 84.00%(21/25).The former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.140,P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction with nursing methods,the observation group was 96.00%(24/25)and the control group was 80.00%(20/25).The former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.831,P<0.05).The reduction in SDS and SAS scores of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By providing additional psychological care on the basis of routine care during the rehabilitation of women with irregular menstruation,the anxiety and depression of the patients can be significantly improved,the prognosis of the patients is well improved,and the patient’s overall satisfaction degree of nursing work is obviously improved,which has clinical promotion significance.
