基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学对普通外科学临床实习生批判性思维能力的影响

Influence of Mind Mapping Teaching Based on Modern Information Tech⁃nology on Critical Thinking Ability of Clinical Interns in General Surgery

摘要 目的探讨普通外科学临床实习生接受基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学对批判性思维能力的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2023年4月于无锡市人民医院进行实习的普通外科学临床实习生30名为研究对象,根据数表法将实习生随机分为对照组(n=15)和研究组(n=15)。对照组实习生接受传统教学模式,研究组实习生接受基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学模式。对比两组考核成绩和批判性思维能力。结果带教前,两组理论知识、病例分析能力、临床操作技能考核成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,两组上述考核成绩均有所提升,但研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教前,两组求知欲、分析能力、寻找真相、系统化能力、认知成熟度、开放思想、批判性思维能力信心等批判性思维能力维度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,两组上述各维度评分均有所提升,但研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通外科学临床实习生接受基于现代信息技术的思维导图教学模式,可明显提升理论知识掌握水平、病例分析能力以及临床操作技能,可以提高批判性思维能力。 Objective To explore the influence of mind mapping teaching based on modern information technology on critical thinking ability of clinical interns in general surgery.Methods Thirty clinical interns of general surgery who practiced in Wuxi People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.The interns were randomly divided into the control group(n=15)and the study group(n=15)according to the numerical table method.The interns in the control group received the traditional teaching mode,and the interns in the research group received the mind-mapping teaching mode based on modern information technology.Test scores and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant differ-ence in the test scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis ability and clinical operation skill between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the above assessment scores of both groups were improved,but the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in critical thinking ability dimensions,such as curiosity,ana-lytical ability,truth finding,systematic ability,cognitive maturity,open thinking,critical thinking ability and confi-dence(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of the above dimensions were improved in both groups,but the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical in-terns of General surgery who accept the mind mapping teaching mode based on modern information technology can sig- nificantly improve their theoretical knowledge,case analysis ability and clinical operation skills,and can improve their critical thinking ability.
