摘要
目的通过测量高职护理专业护生评判性思维能力,探讨评判性思维能力量表用于高职护生的可行性。为进一步评价高职护理专业人才培养模式、课程设置及教学方式提供参考依据。方法采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV),对全国5所高职院校护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果评判性思维能力测量表的信度系数为0.8975,除开放思想维度外,其他6个维度变化范围为0.7101~0.7787,可满足群组比较的要求。因为分析产生的7个公因子与理论结构基本一致,累积方差贡献率为66.03%。结论CTDI-CV量表的信度和效度较好,可用于高职护理专业学生评价。
Objective To explore the possibility of using CTDI-CV Survey Scale for Chinese nursing students through measuring ideation of judgment of them,and offer guideline for further evaluation on professional training mode,course setting and relevant teaching strategy of higher nursing specialty.Methods Using CTDI-CV Survey Scalse as measuring instrument,to implement questionnaire investigation on nursing students of 5 colleges.Results The reliability coefficient of CTDI-CV Survey Scale was 0.8975,and the exension of 6 dimensions changed from 0.7101 to 0.7787 except open thinking dimension,which satisfied the request of group camparison.The 7 common factors which come from factor analysis almost consisted with theoretic structure,and the contributing rate of cumulative sums of squares was 66.03%.Conclusion CTDI-CV Survey Scale has a good validity and reliability,and it can be used for investigation of nursing students.
