摘要
职业教育融合发展既是由职业教育的本质属性所决定的,也是由经济社会发展对技术技能型人才的客观要求所决定的,同时技术迭代与职业教育高阶化发展趋势也必然要求职业教育融合发展。职业教育融合发展具有三种价值内涵:产教融合发展可以打通“教育链—人才链—产业链—创新链”,提升职业教育的生产性价值;普职融合发展可以拓展学生发展渠道,彰显职业教育的社会性价值;科教融汇有利于高技能创新型人才的培养,凸显职业教育的技术价值。为更好地促使现职业教育融合发展,政府需要加强对职业教育的顶层设计,提升职业教育主动融合发展的能力;需要构建多元共治与多向共生的治理结构,消除职业教育融合发展的壁垒障碍;需要构建可持续的互惠多赢机制,形成职业教育融合发展的内生合力。
The integrated development of vocational education is not only determined by the essential attributes of vocational education,but also by the objective requirements of economic and social development for technical and skilled talents.At the same time,technical iteration and advanced development trend of vocational education will inevitably require the integrated development of vocational education.The integrated development of vocational education has three value connotations:the integrated development of production and education can open up the"education chain⁃talent chain⁃industrial chain⁃innovation chain"and enhance the productive value of vocational education.The integration and development of vocational education can expand the development channels of students and highlight the social value of vocational education.The fusion of science and education is conducive to the cultivation of highly skilled innovative talents and highlights the technical value of vocational education.In order to promote the integrated development of current vocational education,the government needs to strengthen the top⁃level design of vocational education and enhance the ability of active integrated development of vocational education.It is necessary to construct the governance structure of multiple co⁃governance and multi⁃directional symbiosis,and remove the barriers to the integrated development of vocational education.It is necessary to build a sustainable mutual benefit and win⁃win mechanism to form an endogenous force for the integrated development of vocational education.
