摘要
现代公民的成长及公共社会的发育依赖公共精神的培育和生长。公共精神与公民的"公共"本性具有内在一致性,公共精神是公共生活及公共社会的基本属性与内在规定,公共精神是引领公共生活及公共社会发展的价值指南。培育公共精神须增强公共理性自觉,培养公民为社会公益事业服务的优良品质,在开放的公共生活中培养与倡扬公共精神。
The growth of modem citizens and the development of public society depend on the cultivation and growth of public spirit. Public spirit and citizen＇s public nature have inherent consistency. Public spirit is the basic attribute and internal stipulation of public life and public society, and it＇s also a guide to the value of public life and public society development. To cultivate public spirit, we need to strengthen public rational consciousness, cultivate citizen＇s good quality of providing service for social public welfare, and advocate public spirit in an open public life.
