摘要
随着图像类产品变得越来越智能化,其功能电路也更加复杂,产品内部电路板堆叠方式变成三维立体式,传统连接器加线缆或刚挠结合板方式成本较高,产品生产组装效率较低。半挠性技术能降低产品综合成本,提高产品整体生产效率,有更高的可靠性和电气性能,适用于少次动态弯折的图像类产品。基于此,介绍半挠性技术的特点、制造方法及其在摄像机产品中的应用。
As the image products become more and more intelligent,their functional circuits are more complex,the internal circuit board stacking mode of the product becomes three-dimensional,the traditional connector plus cable or rigid torsion combined board mode is higher in cost,and the product production and assembly efficiency is low.Semi-flex technology can reduce the overall cost of products,improve overall production efficiency,have higher reliability and electrical performance,and is suitable for image products with fewer dynamic bends.Based on this,this article introduces the characteristics,manufacturing methods,and applications of semiflex technology in camera products.
