摘要
摄像模组类产品普遍为“镜座区+软板区+连接区”的结构,而部分模组类产品镜座区与连接区的厚度不一致(非对称厚度),压合时在薄硬板区(尾部)因失压而出现发白(层压空洞)现象,严重影响产品良率。文章通过压合辅材、叠板方式、压合程式等关键因素的探究、优化,以改善非对称结构产品层压空洞的问题。
Camera module products generally have the structure of"mirror seat area+soft plate area+connection area",while some module products have inconsistent thickness between mirror seat area and connection area(asymmetric thickness),and the thin hard plate area(tail)appears white(laminate voids)due to pressure loss,which seriously affects the yield of products.In this paper,the key factors such as laminating auxiliary materials,laminating method and laminating program are investigated and optimized to improve the problem of laminate voids in asymmetric structure products.
