摘要
目的:观察唐草片联合胸腺肽肠溶片对艾滋病(AIDS)高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)中免疫重建不良患者的效果。方法:选择台山市人民医院2020年5月-2021年9月收治的60例HAART过程中免疫重建不良的AIDS患者为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组在HAART基础上联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合唐草片治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)载量、白细胞计数、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,评价两组治疗后6个月、12个月免疫重建疗效,记录不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月,两组HIV载量均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组间HIV载量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月,两组白细胞计数、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数均高于治疗前,且治疗组白细胞计数、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月、12个月,治疗组重建疗效优于对照组,且治疗组免疫重建有效率分别为50.00%、63.33%,均高于对照组的23.33%、33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:唐草片联合胸腺肽肠溶片用于AIDS经HAART过程中免疫重建不良患者,可有效提升患者白细胞计数、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数,提高免疫重建有效率,且不增加不良反应。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tangcao Tablets combined with Thymosin Enteric Coated Tablets in the treatment of patients with poor immune reconstitution during highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)for acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Method:A total of 60 AIDS patients with poor immune reconstitution during the HAART process admitted to Taishan People's Hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Thymosin Enteric Coated Tablets on the basis of HAART,and the treatment group was treated with Tangcao Tablets on the basis of the control group.Compared the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)load,white blood cell count,and CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count between the two groups before treatment and at 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months after treatment.Evaluated the immune reconstitution efficacy of the two groups at 6 months and 12 months after treatment,and recorded the incidence of adverse reactions.Result:After 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months of treatment,the HIV load of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there were no significant differences in HIV load between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months of treatment,the white blood cell count and CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the white blood cell count and CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the reconstitution efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the effective rates of immune reconstitution in the treatment group were 50.00%and 63.33%,respectively,which were higher than 23.33%and 33.33%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tangcao Tablets combined with Thymosin Enteric Coated Tablets can be used for AIDS patients with poor immune reconstitution during HAART,which can effectively improve the white blood cell count and CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count of patients,improve the efficiency of immune reconstitution,and do not increase adverse reactions.
