摘要
目的探讨系统化护理在老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月—2022年7月福建医科大学附属第一医院接收的74例老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者,根据时间节点进行分组,每组37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予系统化护理,观察两组的血糖指标变化,比较两组住院期间并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的血糖指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院期间并发症发生率为2.70%,显著低于对照组的18.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将系统化护理应用于无创正压通气治疗老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者中,能够有效降低血糖水平,预防及控制相关并发症发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in elderly diabetic patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and severe respiratory failure who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2020 to July 2022 were se⁃lected.The patients were divided into groups according to time points,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of blood glucose indexes were observed in the two groups,and the incidence of complications and nursing sat⁃isfaction during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the blood glu⁃cose index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during hospitalization in the observation group was 2.70%,which was significantly lower than 18.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying systematic nursing to non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with severe respiratory failure can effectively reduce blood glucose levels,prevent and control related complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
