High jump is a track and field event with high technical and physical requirements.In order to achieve good results in competitions,in addition to a good technical foundation,special physical training is also essential.The special physical training of female high jumpers includes explosive power,flexibility,coordination,strength training and other aspects.This article will discuss the importance of the special physical fitness of female high jumpers,the analysis of special nature and characteristics,the characteristics and the principles to be followed of special physical fitness training and other aspects.
