摘要
在迈向“第二个百年奋斗目标”的背景下,推动工业绿色转型发展已成为中国加快实现发展方式绿色转型的重要议题之一。基于2006—2020年中国282个城市面板数据,借助“宽带中国”战略,运用双重差分法与空间双重差分法探讨数字基础设施建设对工业绿色转型发展的影响及其空间溢出效应、作用机制与异质性。研究发现:数字基础设施建设能显著推动工业绿色转型发展,此结论在经过平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验和一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立;数字基础设施建设对地理距离相近城市工业绿色转型发展的影响具有显著的空间溢出效应;数字基础设施建设能够通过工业生产集约化和绿色技术创新推动工业绿色转型发展;数字基础设施建设对中西部城市、中小城市和北方城市工业绿色转型发展的影响更为显著。
In the context of moving towards the"Second Centennial Goal",promoting the green transformation and development of industry has become one of the important issues for China to accelerate the green transformation of its development mode.Based on the Panel data of 282 cities in China from 2006 to 2020,and with the help of the"Broadband China"strategy,this paper uses the double differ-ence method and the spatial double difference method to explore the impact of digital infrastructure con-struction on the development of industrial green transformation and its spatial spillover effect,mechanism and heterogeneity.Research has found that the construction of digital infrastructure can significantly pro-mote the green transformation and development of industry,and this conclusion still holds after undergoing parallel trend testing,placebo testing,and a series of robustness tests;The construction of digital infra-structure has a significant spatial spillover effect on the green transformation and development of industries in cities with similar geographical distances;Digital infrastructure construction can promote industrial green transformation and development through intensive industrial production and green technology innovation;The construction of digital infrastructure has a more significant impact on the industrial green transformation and development of central and western cities,small and medium-sized cities and northern cities.
