摘要
随着医疗数据的逐渐增加,医疗大数据中心虚拟化资源分配过程要求损耗更低、利用率更高,为此设计一种基于鸟群算法的医院数据中心虚拟化资源分配方法。通过一步式映射手法协调链路与节点间的分配,并通过链路干扰矩阵进一步提升网络通信可靠性,实现医院数据中心虚拟化资源分配。将MATLAB作为测试中的仿真平台,对设计方法进行仿真测试。测试结果表明,设计方法在海量医疗数据的情况下,拥有较高的链路平均利用率、节点平均利用率以及接收率,性能良好,可以投入实际应用。
With the gradual increase of medical data,the virtualization resource allocation process of medical big data center requires lower loss and higher utilization.This paper uses bird swarm algorithm to design a virtualization resource allocation method of hospital data center based on bird swarm algorithm.The one-step mapping method is used to coordinate the allocation between links and nodes,and the link interference matrix is used to further improve the reliability of network communication,so as to realize the virtual resource allocation of hospital data center.Taking MATLAB as the simulation platform in the test,the design method is simulated and tested.The test results show that the design method has high average link utilization,average node utilization and reception rate in the case of massive medical data,the performance of the design method is good and can be put into practical application.
