摘要
从公立医院院领导和科主任两类不同管理者角度出发,设计医院运营分析平台的模块和具体内容、指标。将医院财务数据与业务数据有效融合,打破数据孤岛,建立数据中心,深入挖掘分析,可以提高财务分析的精确性、有效性和及时性,真正做到为医院决策者提供数据支持。
It designed the module,content and index of hospital operation analysis platform from the perspective of leaders and department heads in public hospitals.The effective integration of the hospital financial data with the business data,breaking the data island,establishing the data center,and deeply excavating and analyzing can improve the accuracy,effectiveness and timeliness of fi nancial analysis,and truly provide data support for hospital decision makers.
