摘要
分析CED6140A卧式车床主轴电机转速控制的现状和缺点,提出基于S7-200 PLC和G120C变频器的CED6140A卧式车床主轴电机多段速控制方法,选用TPC1061i触摸屏作为PLC的上位机,完成了人机交互界面的设计。采用该控制方法对CED6140A卧式车床进行主轴电机多段速调速实际试验,实验结果显示:该控制方法运行平稳、可靠,且调速范围广;同时速度设置方便灵活,与齿轮调速相比灵活性和效率大大提高。
By analyzing the current status and disadvantages of speed control for CED6140A horizontal lathe motor,the method of multi-step speed control based on S7-200 PLC and G120C frequency changer is proposed.TPC1061i touch screen is selected as the upper computer for PLC to complete the design of human-machine interaction interface.And by the proposed method,actual tests are conducted to adjust the multi-step speed of CED6140A horizontal lathe motor.The results show that the proposed control method has the advantages of smoothness and reliability of operation,extensive range of speed control and convenient and flexible speed setting,which,in comparison with gear speed regulation,is much more flexible and efficient.
