摘要
临床实习是医学生岗位胜任力培养的重要阶段和关键环节。文章分析了在岗位胜任力目标下,医学生临床实习存在的问题。提出基于医学生“五术”培养,以医学生岗位胜任力为导向,进行临床实习的整体化设计。将培养医学生“救死扶伤的道术、心中有爱的仁术”贯穿于临床实习,深化“三全育人”理念,严格“三基”培训,夯实临床基础,做“知识扎实的学术”,练就“本领过硬的技术”和“方法科学的艺术”。临床实习考核与岗位胜任力、本科生学业水平测试和执业医师考试要求相结合,强化临床实习过程管理。改革临床医学本科实习生的临床实习模式,对于培养职业素质良好、理论基础扎实、实践能力突出的高素质医学人才有重要意义。
Clinical practice is an important stage and a key link in the post competency training of medical graduates.This paper analyzes the existing problems in clinical practice for medical student post competency training,and implements carries out the overall design of clinical practice based on the"five skills"concept,guided by post competencies of medical students.We will train medical students to have“the ability of saving the dying and healing the wounded,with the benevolence of love in our hearts”.Throughout clinical practice,deepen the concept of"Three-all education",strictly carry out basic training,consolidate the clinical foundation,implement"solid knowledge",and practice"excellent technology"and"the art of scientific methods".Clinical practice assessment is combined with post competence,undergraduate academic level test,and practitioner test requirements,to strengthen the management of the clinical practice process.Reforming the clinical practice model for clinical medical undergraduate internships has a significant influence in cultivating highly talented and professional medical graduates with solid knowledge and outstanding practical proficiency.
