摘要
总结郭志强教授基于“络病学说”在治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中妙用虫类药的临证经验。郭志强教授认为“络病学说”与盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的发病机制及演变特点相吻合,络脉痹阻是该病的主要病机。虫类药作为通络药的代表,善于搜剔走窜,具有活血化瘀散结、搜风通络止痛等重要作用。通过整理郭志强教授临床医案,探讨“络病学说”在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的具体思想内涵,并分析虫类药的临床应用及相关药理研究,为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的中医药治疗提供理论依据。
To summarize the clinical experience of Professor GUO Zhiqiang in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae with insect drugs based on"collateral disease theory".Professor GUO Zhiqiang believed that the"collateralism disease theory"was consistent with the pathogenesis and evolution characteristics of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Collateral obstruction was the main pathogenesis of this disease.The insect drugs,as representatives of meridian clearing drugs,were good at searching and clearing channels,playing important roles in promoting blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,dispersing nodules,searching wind,unblocking collaterals,and relieving pain.By sorting out the clinical medical records of Professor GUO Zhiqiang,this paper discussed the specific thought and connotation of"collateral disease theory"in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases,and analyzed the clinical application of insect drugs and related pharmacological research,so as to provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
