摘要
行痹属肢体痹病类疾病,好发于老年人,其以游走性疼痛为主的症状表现严重影响患者的正常生活,行痹属于西医风湿类疾病范畴,西医治疗存在诸多副作用,而中医治疗则优势明显。张建平主任医师认为其基本病因病机为风寒湿侵袭人体,以风邪为主,痹阻经脉气血,不通则痛;或风寒湿邪耗伤气血,致气血亏虚,不荣则痛。张建平主任医师认为本病属本虚标实,治疗上应标本兼治,从"血"入手,即活血补血为主,应用引经药、三七粉、虫类药等,疗效颇丰。
Migratory Arthralgia belongs to arthromyodynia diseases of the limbs.It usually occurs in the elderly.The mainly symptoms of wandering pain seriously affect the normal life of patients.It belongs to the category of rheumatic diseases in western medicine.At present,western medicine has many side effects,while traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages.Zhang Jianping,chief physician believed that the basic etiology and pathogenesis are wind,cold and dampness invading the human body.Wind is the main pathogenic factor,plug the meridians,qi and blood,closed the meridians,then it will pain.Or wind,cold and dampness consumption injury qi and blood,qi and blood deficiency,not moisten the meridians,then it will pain.Zhang Jianping chief physician believes that this disease belongs to the syndrome of difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the treatment should be both the symptoms and the root causes,start with the“blood”,namely activating blood and enriching blood mainly,good at using the messenger drug,Panax notoginseng,insect drugs,etc.,have the significant therapeutic effect.
