摘要
骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCF)是一种由于不同病因导致脊柱序列受到破坏的疾病,是脊柱外科领域常见疾病之一。目前针对OVCF治疗主要包括手术治疗与非手术治疗,非手术治疗具有费用低、疗效好、纠正骨代谢紊乱、减少并发症发生等优点,该文通过对近年相关文献进行阅读整理,发现非手术治疗主要分西医、中医及中西医结合3种疗法。其中西医治疗主要包括绝对卧床休息、抗骨质疏松、服用止痛药物、佩戴支具和西医综合疗法;中医疗法主要包括中药内服、中药外敷、针灸治疗、手法复位、中医综合疗法及中西医结合综合疗法。该文汇总非手术治疗方法的利弊并加以探讨,以期为今后临床上OVCF的保守治疗提供参考,并对其发展趋势及应用进行展望。
Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)is a disease that destroys the spinal sequence due to different causes.It is one of the common diseases in the field of spinal surgery.At present,the treatment of OVCF mainly includes surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.Non-surgical treatment of OVCF has the advantages of low cost,good clinical effect,better correcting the disorder of bone metabolism,avoiding surgical complications and so on.Through reading and sorting out the relevant literature in recent years,this paper finds that non-surgical treatment is mainly divided into western medicine therapy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy and a combination of traditional Chinese therapy and Western medicine therapy.Western medicine therapy mainly contains strict rest rest,the application of anti osteoporosis,taking pain medication,wearing braces and adapting Western medicine comprehensive therapy;TCM therapy mainly includes oral taking TCM,external application of TCM,acupuncture treatment,manual reduction of small joints of the spin,TCM comprehensive therapy and comprehensive therapy integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This article summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of non-surgical treatment and give a brief discussion,in order to provide reference for the conservative treatment of OVCF in clinic in the future,and prospect its development trend and application.
