摘要
结合规范要求,针对热轧带肋600 MPa高强钢筋直螺纹连接套筒的加工原材质量进行分析,并通过规范总结、理论计算论述了45号钢或40Cr合金钢直螺纹套筒的尺寸参数的合理性,进一步阐述了该类接头进场验收及质量检验的重点,提出600 MPa高强钢筋直螺纹连接丝头加工和连接安装相关要求,为热轧带肋600 MPa高强钢筋的推广及相应机械连接的规范应用奠定基础。
Based on the requirements of the specification,this paper analyzes the quality of the raw material of the straight thread connection sleeve of hot rolled ribbed 600MPa high strength steel bar.And the rationality of the size parameters of 45 steel or 40Cr alloy steel straight thread sleeve is discussed by standard summary and theoretical calculation.The key points of approach acceptance and quality inspection of this kind of joint are further expounded.Putting forward the requirements of processing and connection installation of 600MPa high strength steel bar straight thread connection head,it lays a foundation for the promotion of hot rolled ribbed 600 MPa high strength steel bar and the standard application of corresponding mechanical connection.
