核电高强钢筋连接套筒智能检测生产线总体设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前核电高强钢筋连接套筒的质量检测都是由人工完成,存在着劳动强度大、生产效率低、不能满足市场需求等问题,以市场常见钢筋连接套为研究对象,设计一款核电高强钢筋连接套筒智能检测生产线。依据模块化设计理念,制定钢筋连接套筒智能检测生产线总体设计方案,对该生产线各个工段进行三维建模研究,并进行样机调试。该检测生产线实现了对32 mm规格钢筋连接套筒的结构尺寸、螺纹牙型、螺距、内螺纹中径、大径、内螺纹小径等指标的一体化检测,效率可达8个/min,相比传统手工方式提高了约10倍。该生产线结构合理,在保证检测质量的前提下,大幅度地提高了检测效率。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency,and inability to meet the market demand,the quality inspection of high-strength steel bar connecting sleeves in nuclear power is currently completed manually,an intelligent inspection production line for high-strength steel bar connecting sleeves in nuclear power was designed based on the common steel bar connecting sleeves in the market.According to the modular design concept,the overall design scheme of the intelligent inspection production line for steel connecting sleeve was formulated,and the 3D modeling research for each section of the production line was carried out,and the prototype was debugged.The inspection production line realizes the integrated inspection of the structural size,thread profile,pitch,pitch diameter,major diameter and minor diameter of internal thread of the 32 mm steel bar connecting sleeve,with an efficiency of 8 pieces/min,which is about 10 times higher than the traditional manual method.The structure of the production line is reasonable.On the premise of ensuring the inspection quality,the inspection efficiency is greatly improved.
