摘要
目的分析胆结石手术患者中医情志护理的干预效果。方法选取医院2020年3月—2022年6月接受胆结石手术的患者104例,回顾临床资料。将实施中医情志护理干预的52例患者作为观察组,将实施常规护理的52例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理干预效果。结果护理干预后,观察组患者心理状况中SAS评分(23.16±2.18)分,SDS评分(25.14±2.16分)。对照组患者上述指标分别为(38.46±3.26)分、(39.41±3.22)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生理应激中BG水平(5.83±0.44)mmol/L,CRP水平(21.19±2.04)mg/L。对照组患者上述指标分别为(6.07±0.31)mmol/L、(26.75±2.08)mg/L,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访中,观察组患者对护理满意度96.15%,对照组患者对护理满意度76.92%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分中躯体功能(80.68±11.32)分,心理功能(84.69±14.32)分,社会功能(83.54±12.30)分,症状反应(87.59±13.12)分。对照组上述指标分别为(72.25±13.15分)、(69.85±10.20)分、(71.35±13.24)分、(71.85±12.16)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率1.92%,对照组患者复发率17.31%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对胆结石手术患者实施中医情志护理干预,可有效改善其心理情绪,从而提高对手术的耐受能力,继而提高患者术后应激水平,有助于改善其生活质量,同时还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,有助于心理状态的稳定,进一步提高疗效,临床应用价值确切。
Objective to analyze the effect of emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with gallstone surgery.Methods 104 patients who underwent gallstone surgery in our hospital in March 2020 June 2022 were selected and the clinical data were reviewed.The 52 patients who implemented emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine were taken as the observation group,and the 52 patients who implemented routine nursing were taken as the control group.Observe the effect of nursing intervention in two groups.Results After nursing intervention,SAS score(23.16±2.18)and SDS score(25.14±2.16)in psychological status of patients in observation group.The above indexes were(38.46±3.26)and(39.41±3.22)respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);BG level(5.83±0.44)and CRP level(21.19±2.04)in the observation group during physiological stress.The above indexes of the patients in the control group were(6.07±0.31)and(26.75±2.08)respectively,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),in the follow-up,the patients in the observation group were 96.15%satisfied with nursing,and the patients in the control group were 76.92%satisfied with nursing.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),physical function(80.68±11.32),psychological function(84.69±14.32),social function(83.54±12.30)and symptom response(87.59±13.12)in the observation group.The above indexes of the control group were(72.25±13.15),(69.85±10.20),(71.35±13.24)and(71.85±12.16)respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 1.92%,and that of patients in the control group was 17.31%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the psychological mood of patients with gallstone surgery,thus improving their tolerance to surgery,and then improving their post-operative stress level,helping to improve their quality of life.At the same time,it can also improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,contribute to the stability of psychological status,further improve the efficacy,and have definite clinical application value.
