摘要
目的探讨整体护理模式用于腹腔镜治疗胆结石患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法从峡江县人民医院收治的胆结石患者中随机选取60例,平均分成观察组(n=30)与比照组(n=30)进行研究,比照组给予常规护理措施,观察组则给予整体护理。对2组的护理效果进行比较。结果相较于比照组,观察组患者VAS、SDS、SAS评分均明显更低,GCQ评分更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗胆结石患者围术期采用整体护理模式进行干预的效果显著,可有效帮助患者改善心理状态,并使其术后疼痛程度减轻,提高舒适度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing model in the perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic treatment of gallstones.Methods Randomly select 60 patients with gallstones from our hospital and divide them into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)for research.The selection time is from January 2018 to December 2019,cf.The group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given holistic nursing.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower VAS,SDS,and SAS scores;compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher GCQ score,and the difference between the two groups was significant,with all P values<0.05.Significance of statistical analysis.Conclusion The perioperative intervention of laparoscopic treatment of patients with gallstones by holistic nursing mode has significant application effects,which can effectively help patients improve their mental state,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the comfort of patients’physical conditions.It has extremely high clinical application value.
