摘要
目的研究中医护理在乙肝肝硬化患者治疗中的效果。方法选取2019年12月—2021年12月在医院治疗的206例乙肝肝硬化病患,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,两组各103例,在住院期间采取常规护理措施对对照组病患,对研究组病患采取中医护理措施,分析对比两组护理后的肝功能状态、生活质量[以生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)为标准]及临床护理的满意度。结果经护理干预后,在肝功能指标变化方面,研究组无论在ALT的指标上、还是在AST与TBiL指标变化上均出现了较大改善,较对照组差异明显(P<0.05)。在病患生活质量方面,研究组分别在社会关系、身体机能、情感功能等各个方面均有较大改善,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。在临床护理满意度方面,研究组病患的满意度评分普遍较高,较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将中医护理模式应用于乙肝肝硬化病患治疗中相较于常规护理模式而言效果较好,能够在不同程度上降低并发症的发生率、改善患者负性情绪与肝功能指标,提高病人生活质量与治疗依从性促进尽快恢复,同时提高病患临床满意度,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 206 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 103 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing measures,and the patients in the research group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures.The liver function status and quality of life after nursing in the two groups were analyzed and compared[with the short form of quality of life measurement(WHOQOL-BREF)as the standard]and clinical care satisfaction.Results After nursing intervention,in the changes of liver function indexes,the study group showed great improvement in ALT indexes,AST and TBiL indexes,and the difference was obvious compared with the reference group(P0.05).In terms of the quality of life of patients,the research group had great improvements in social relations,physical function,emotional function and other aspects,and the difference was significant with the reference group(P0.05).In terms of clinical nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction scores of the patients in the study group were generally higher,and the difference was larger than that in the reference group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis is better than the conventional nursing mode,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the negative emotions and liver function indicators of patients,and improve the results.The quality of life and treatment compliance of patients can promote recovery as soon as possible,and improve the clinical satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
