摘要
目的分析医院消毒供应中心在外来医疗器械管理中应用信息化质量溯源系统的价值。方法选取消毒供应中心自2021年5月至2022年5月收到的800件来自骨科的外来医疗器械。对照组为2021年5月—11月进行常规管理的器械400件,观察组为2021年12月至2022年5月进行信息化质量溯源系统管理的器械400件,对比2组器械按时送达率、清洗合格率、错误发生率、科室满意度。结果观察组外来器械按时送达率、器械清洗合格率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不及时更换损坏器械、手术后器械丢失、器械磨损、信息保存不完善、混淆错拿器械包等错误发生率低于对照组,P<0.001;科室满意度观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论医院消毒供应中心在外来医疗器械管理中应用信息化质量溯源系统可提高管理效果及质量。
Objective To explore the value of an IT-based quality traceability system in the management loaner instruments in a sterile supply center,Methods A total of 800 loaners from the orthopedic department received by the sterile supply center from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected.Devices in the control group were loaners that were routinely managed from May to November 2021,whereas devices in the observation group were 400 loaners that were managed by the IT-based quality traceability system from December 2021 to May 2022.These two groups were compared in terms of the on-time delivery rate,cleaning qualification rate,error occurrence rate,and departmental satisfaction.Results The on-time delivery rate and qualified rate of loaner cleaning in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence rates of errors such as untimely replacement of damaged instruments,loss of instruments after surgery,wear and tear of instruments,incomplete information,and wrong instrument packages in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.001).The observation group had significantly higher departmental satisfaction degree than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of IT-based quality traceability system in the sterile supply center increases the performance and quality of loaner management.
