摘要
通过对毛纺织行业碳排放进行系统研究,包括行业碳排放来源及占比、能源使用强度、各工序碳排放以及主要毛纺织产品碳足迹等,发现毛纺织行业能源的使用中碳排放超过95%,主要能源为电和蒸汽,电力消耗产生的碳排放量约占58%。面料制造工序中碳排放量最大,其次是纺纱、毛衫成衣、洗毛制条和染色。行业实施绿色低碳生产模式重要的手段包括优化能源结构,提高管理精细化程度,推广绿色低碳技术等。
Carbon emission in the China wool textile industry is studied,including identifying the source and proportion of carbon emissions in the industry,energy use intensity,carbon emissions from each procedure and carbon footprint of main wool textile products.It is found that the carbon emission of energy use in wool textile is up to 95%.The main energy sources are electricity and steam,which account for 58% of carbon emissions.Fabric manufacturing is the largest carbon emission process,followed by spinning,sweater knitting,wool tops scouring and dyeing.The important means to implement the green and low-carbon production mode in the wool industry include optimizing the energy structure,promoting green and low-carbon technology,and improving the refinement of management.
