新疆纺织服装行业碳排放与经济增长的关系研究 被引量:15

The study on the relationship between carbon emission and economic growth ofthe textile and apparel industry in Xinjiang

摘要 文章运用碳排放系数法测算了新疆纺织服装行业1997—2017年的碳排放量和碳排放强度指标,并运用Tapio脱钩分析模型对1998—2017年行业碳排放总量与经济增长之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:1997—2017年新疆纺织服装行业碳排放总量年均增长率为6.74%;行业消耗煤炭和电力产生的碳排放量占碳排放总量的98.2%~99.78%;三个子行业及平均碳排放强度均呈下降趋势。碳排放总量与经济增长之间的脱钩状态分为三段:1998—2003年为弱负脱钩,2004—2013年为弱脱钩,2014—2017年为弱脱钩,新疆纺织服装行业碳排放总量与经济增长之间尚未达到稳定、理想的脱钩状态。最后提出减少新疆纺织服装行业碳排放的对策建议。 In this paper,the carbon emission and carbon intensity of the textile and apparel industry in Xinjiang from 1997 to 2017 were measured using the carbon emission coefficient method,and the Tapio decoupling model was adopted to analyze the relationship between the total carbon emission of the industry and economic growth from 1998 to 2017.The results showed that from 1997 to 2017,the average annual growth rate of the total carbon emission of the textile and apparel industry in Xinjiang was 6.74%.The carbon emission generated by the industry’s consumption of coal and electric power accounted for 98.2%-99.78%of the total carbon emission.The carbon intensity of three sub-industries and the average carbon intensity decreased.The decoupling state between total carbon emission and economic growth was divided into three stages:weak negative decoupling during 1998-2003,weak decoupling during 2004-2013,and weak decoupling during 2014-2017.The total carbon emission and economic growth of the textile and apparel industry in Xinjiang hadn’t yet reached a stable and ideal decoupling state.At last,this article puts forward some countermeasures to reduce carbon emission of the textile and apparel industry in Xinjiang.
