摘要
随着我国人民生活习惯的改变,预制菜成为人们日常饮食消费的一个重要组成部分,并逐渐发展为一个新兴的产业,具有巨大的发展潜力。河北省为我国蔬菜的重点生产、加工及输出省份之一,具有先天的预制菜产业发展优势。但是预制菜作为新兴产业,国家及地方政策对其缺乏约束而导致粗放发展,进而产生一系列的问题。围绕河北省预制菜发展现状,对生产加工、政府政策等进行调研,并提出发展对策。对推进河北省预制菜产业健康、可持续发展,以及打造“冀菜”预制菜特色品牌具有重要意义。
With the changes in the living habits of Chinese people,pre-made cuisine have become an important component of people’s daily dietary consumption and gradually developed into an emerging industry with huge development potential.Hebei Province is one of the key production,processing,and export provinces of vegetables in China,with inherent advantages in the development of the pre-made cuisine industry.However,as an emerging industry,pre-made cuisine lack constraints from national and local policies,resulting in extensive development and a series of problems.Based on the development status of pre-made cuisine in Hebei Province,the production and processing,government policies were investigated,and the development strategies were proposed.It is of great significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the pre-made cuisine industry in Hebei Province,as well as to create a unique brand of Hebei pre-made cuisine.
