摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊对宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者临床疗效及阴道微生态的影响。方法选取80例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床指标(HPV转阴率、炎症因子水平、阴道微生态)。结果研究组停药3个月、6个月的HPV转阴率分别为67.50%、97.50%,均高于对照组的32.50%、80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-12、IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组pH、Nugent评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈高危型HPV感染患者采用重组人干扰素α2b栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,较单用重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,可以更有效改善阴道微生态,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b supposition combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule on the clinical efficacy and vaginal microecology of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection patients.Methods 80 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b supposit,and the study group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule on the basis of the control group.Clinical indicators(HPV negative conversion rate,inflammatory factor levels,vaginal microecology)were compared between the two groups.Results HPV negative conversion rates of 3 months and 6 months in the study group were 67.50%and 97.50%,respectively,higher than 32.50%and 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γin the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-4 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pH and Nugent scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b supposit combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule for high-risk cervical HPV infection patients can improve vaginal microecology more effectively than treatment with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b supposit alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
