摘要
教师道德是新时代教师队伍建设的首要关注。依照生活领域区分,教师道德应包含私人道德、公共道德、专业道德三方面。就当前的师德教育或师德建设实践而言,往往关注教师私人道德与专业道德,却忽视了教师公共道德之维。因而有必要基于公共空间视角,分析“教师插队”这一道德细节,揭示其教育后果。并从社会环境、学校制度、教师个体三个层面探究其发生的原因。最后为应对教师插队现象,可从教师认识、细节管理两方面入手探索其可能出路。
Teacher morality is the primary concern for the construction of the teaching staff in the new era.According to the distinction of life fields,teacher morality should include three levels:private morality,public morality and professional morality.However,in the current practice of teacher morality education or teacher eth-ics construction,it tends to focus on teachers'private and professional ethics,but neglect teachers'public eth-ics.Thus,it is necessary to analyze the moral detail of teacher queue jumping based on the public space perspec-tive to reveal its educational consequences.It is also necessary to explore the logical reasons for it from three lev-els:social environment,school system,and individual teachers.Finally,in order to deal with the phenomenon of teacher queue-jumping,possible solutions can be explored from teachers'awareness and detail management.
