摘要
针对截割部扭矩轴进行研究,通过ANSYS有限元仿真计算软件的应用,对扭矩轴的强度进行分析和优化,在实际优化中通过改变卸荷槽的半径R值来提高卸荷槽处的最大应力值,使其达到扭矩轴材料的许用应力值,在扭矩轴受到过载作用下可以及时断裂,最终完成对扭转轴的优化设计。
The research is carried out for the torque shaft of the cutting section,and the strength of the torque shaft is analysed and optimised through the application of ANSYS finite element simulation calculation software.In the actual optimisation,the maximum stress value at the unloading slot is increased by changing the R value of the unloading slot to make it reach the permissible stress value of the torque shaft material,so that the torque shaft can break in time when it is subjected to overload,and the optimised design of the torsion shaft is finally completed.
