摘要
介绍出口20 t轴重米轨集装箱平车的设计要求、总体结构和主要技术参数,重点阐述车体组成部件底架、集装箱锁闭装置的设计。对车体垂向弯曲刚度、车体静强度和锁闭装置的静强度计算结果表明:在额定载荷及超过额定载荷50%工况下,车体下挠均不大于10 mm,在车体预上挠10 mm~14 mm的工艺设计条件下,车体未出现下挠,挠跨比小于1/700;在额定载荷与纵向力合成工况下,车体最大应力点出现在装载2只20 ft集装箱在重车顶车工况下的侧梁下翼面处,应力为254 MPa,小于材料许用应力;在超过额定载荷50%工况下,车体最大应力小于材料屈服应力,车体未发生永久变形和裂纹。在不同载荷作用下锁闭装置产生的应力,均小于材料许用应力。整车的限界通过试验、车体强度试验结果均符合要求。
The design requirements and the overall structure and main technical parameters of 20 t axle weight me⁃tre gauge container flat car are introduced,and the focus is the design of the underframe and container locking device,which are components of the car body.The calculation results of car body vertical bending stiffness,car body static strength and locking device static strength show that under the rated load and 50%over the rated load,the downward deflection of the car body is not more than 10 mm,and under the design condition of 10 mm~14 mm pre-deflection of the car body,no negative deflection of the car body occurs,and the deflection span ratio is less than 1/700.Under the rated load and longitudinal force synthesis condition,the maximum stress point of the car body occurs at the lower wing surface of the side beam loaded with two 20 ft containers and under heavy vehicle topping condition,the stress is 254 MPa,which is less than the allowable material stress;Under operating conditions exceeding 50%of the rated load,the maximum stress of the car body is less than the material yield stress,and no permanent deformation and cracks occur in the car body.The stress of the locking device under different loads are less than the material allowable stress.The limit of the car passed test and the strength test results of the car body meets the requirements.
