摘要
山东省济宁市加快构建具有预报、预警、预演、预案功能的智慧水利体系。总结了济宁市以数字示范河湖建设为抓手,依托济宁市河长制信息系统平台,融合河湖管理、水旱灾害防御、工程运行管理、安全监管、水土保持、水资源、泗河数字孪生流域系统、城乡供水、污水治理、平台集成等10大模块,提出推动数字示范河湖建设、加大多种监测手段融合、全面摸清河湖治理和管理现状等有益经验,为其他城市的智慧水利体系建设提供参考借鉴。
Jining City of Shandong Province has been accelerated the construction of a smart water system for forecasting,early warning,rehearsal,and plans.Based on summary of construction of digital demonstration rivers and lakes in Jining City,introductions are made on 10 modules including river and lake management,flood and drought disaster prevention,engineering operation management,safety supervision,soil and water conservation,water resources,Sihe River Basin digital twin system,urban-rural water supply,sewage treatment,and platform integration.Beneficial experiences are drawn for pilot rivers and lakes of digital demonstration,integration of multiple monitoring methods,and getting more understanding on current situation of river and lake governance and management,so as to provide a reference for development of smart water system in other cities.
