摘要
介绍当前遥感技术的发展特点,分析其在水资源评价、水环境、水旱灾害、农村水利、水利工程建设与运行监测及水土保持中的应用现状,对遥感在水利信息化中的发展进行展望,并指出提高遥感数据质量、建设面向水利应用的遥感数据获取系统、发展定量遥感和应用集成等进一步的研究发展方向。
In this paper the development characteristics of the Remote Sensing (RS) technology is introduced. The discussions are focused on RS application status on water resources evaluation, water environment monitoring, floods and droughts monitoring, rural water conservancy monitoring, water project construction and operation monitoring and water and soil conservation. It prospects the approaching development of RS in water resources informatization, and proposes that the improvement of RS data quality, construction of new RS data acquisition system customized for water conservancy and the integration of quantitative RS and application will be the research direction in the future.
