摘要
通过对滤盘下水技术的改造,减少了P_(2)O_(5)的损失,提高了磷的回收利用效率,通过对磷石膏堆场回水磷含量的控制,可以减少工艺用水、蒸气用量、降低生产成本,从而达到减少磷排放、保护生态环境等目标。总之,该技术是一种适应我国国情、经济效益、清洁、环保的新技术,具有较好的工业化应用前景。实践证明,该工艺具有较强的可行性,采用具有独特配方的表面处理剂和全新的工艺生产路线,有利于工业化生产,降低生产成本。
Through the transformation of the filter plate water technology,the loss of P_(2)O_(5)is reduced and the efficiency of phosphorus recovery is improved.By controlling the phosphorus content in the backwater of phosphogypsum yard,the amount of water and steam in the process can be reduced and the production cost can be reduced,so as to achieve the goals of reducing phosphorus discharge and protecting the ecological environment.In short,the technology is a new technology that ADAPTS to the situation of our country,economic benefits,clean,environmental protection,has better prospects of industrial application.Practice has proved that the process has strong feasibility,using a unique formula of surface treatment agent and a new process production route,is conducive to industrial production,reduce the production cost.
