摘要
在铜电解生产过程中,电解液杂质元素不断富集,必须抽取一部分废电解液进行脱杂处理.为补充在脱除杂质过程中过量脱除的铜离子,铜冶炼厂一般采用生产硫酸铜重溶补充到电解液中的工艺.而传统生产粗硫酸铜的过滤分离设备,存在劳动强度大、能耗高、酸雾污染等问题.介绍一种导流式连续卸料离心机及其结构、工作原理与设备性能,综述其在铜电解净液系统粗硫酸铜工序的过滤分离中的应用.与传统过滤机相比,导流式连续卸料离心机不仅能高效快速分离出硫酸铜固体,减少硫酸铜含水量,而且能够实现密闭、连续作业,进而消除现场酸雾的危害,具有良好的经济效益和社会环境效益.
In the production process of copper electrolysis, a portion of the waste electrolytes need to remove the impurity elements in case continuous enrichment.Meanwhile this also causes the excessive removal of copper ions, therefore the copper sulphate solution need to be supplemented practically.However, the traditional production process with coarse copper sulfate filtration and separation equipment has the disadvantages, such as labor intensity, high energy consumption, and acid mist pollution.This paper reports a kind of diversion continuous discharge centrifuge, including its structure, working principle and equipment performance.We also summarize its application in filtering separation for copper sulfate solution of copper electrolytic solution system.Compared to the traditional filter, the diversion continuous discharge centrifuge works efficiently in copper sulfate solid separation and reduces water content of copper sulfate.In additionally, an airtight and continuous operation could be achieved, which thus eliminates the hazard of acid fog and increase the economic and social benefits.
