大跨度“U+箱”连续梁桥的合龙施工

摘要 结合工程实际,对场地条件狭小条件下,“U+箱”形断面连续梁的合龙施工技术进行了攻关。在不改变主梁无应力状态量的情况下,根据桥梁自身荷载、跨径分布,提出了分级卸载方案。经过数值计算和施工验证,该方案操作便捷,效果可靠,有效解决了顶板开裂问题,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the engineering practice,the closure construction technology of"U+box"shaped section continuous beam under narrow site conditions has been tackled.According to the load and span distribution of the bridge itself,the grading unloading scheme is put forward without changing the unstressed state of the main girder.Through numerical calculation and construction verification,the scheme is convenient to operate,reliable in effects,and effectively solves the problem of roof cracking,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
