摘要
针对某连续梁桥悬臂浇筑施工过程中1号节段顶板混凝土崩裂问题,结合施工实际情况,分析事故发生的原因,并采用有限元分析方法模拟崩裂发生后引起的T构悬臂挠度变化、预应力损失等不利影响,模拟结果与施工监测数据吻合良好。为弥补崩裂事故对后续节段施工及成桥状况的影响,提出采用钢纤维混凝土补强及增加预应力束的综合方案进行加固处理,经后期施工监测结果显示,该方案合理有效。
To the board crack phenomena in the first segment of a continuous beam bridge, the crack causes are analyzed combined with the construction conditions, as well as using finite element analysis. Disadvantage effects including deflection change and prestressed loss are simulated, and the results are corresponding with the construction monitoring data. In order to make up the accident impact to follow bridge construction, a series of reinforcement methods are proposed, such as using steel fiber reinforced concrete and increasing prestressed wire. The construction of monitoring results indicate that the treatment method is reasonable and effective to deal with the accident.
