摘要
目的分析派瑞松联合制霉菌素治疗难治性真菌性外耳道炎的效果。方法选择2020年2月至2022年2月本院收治的难治性真菌性外耳道炎170例患者,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组85例使用冲洗外耳道治疗,研究组85例在此治疗基础上采用派瑞松联合制霉菌素治疗,对两组疗效、炎性因子及安全性进行比较。结果研究组瘙痒症状消失时间、红肿消失时间、耳闷消失时间、渗出消除时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组耳闷、耳痒、红肿及液体渗出等证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组过敏、瘙痒等发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活、心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床使用瑞松联合制霉菌素治疗难治性真菌性外耳道炎患者可改善临床症状及减轻炎性反应,减少不良反应的发生,治疗安全性高。
Objective To analyze the efficacy,inflammatory factors and safety of perisone combined with nystatin in the treatment of refractory fungal otitis externa.Methods A total of 170 patients with refractory fungal otitis externa in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,85 patients in the control group were treated by flushing the external auditory canal,and 85 patients in the research group were treated on the basis of this treatment.Perishone combined with nystatin was used for treatment,and the efficacy,inflammatory factors and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance of itching symptoms,redness and swelling,ear stuffiness and exudation in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of ear stuffiness,ear itching,redness and swelling and fluid exudation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of itching(P>0.05);after treatment,the physical function,social function,material life,and psychological function of the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical use of Risone combined with nystatin in the treatment of patients with refractory fungal otitis externa can improve symptoms and reduce inflammatory factors,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has high treatment safety.
