摘要
供电网的电能质量直接决定着电气设备能否正常运行,而精密伺服控制设备、半导体行业的各种高精密设备等对电网电能质量提出了更高的要求。提出了一种高压级联型自适应净化电源系统方案,搭建了PSCAD仿真模型,研究其稳态和暂态下的输出特性,仿真结果验证了该系统能将电网三相电压不平衡度控制在1%以内,响应速度快,控制精度高,且带有在线旁路功能,设备可靠性高,可大大提高供电系统的带载能力,具有实际工程应用价值。
The power quality of the power grid directly determines whether the electrical equipment can operate normally.The precision servo control equipment and various high-precision equipment in the semiconductor industry have put forward higher requirements on the power quality of the power grid.In this paper,a high-voltage cascaded adaptive purification power system scheme is proposed,and the PSCAD simulation model is built to analyze its output characteristics under steady state and transient state.The simulation results verify that the scheme can control the three-phase voltage unbalance of the power grid within 1%,with fast response speed,high control accuracy.The online bypass unit can increase the equipment operational reliability,which can greatly improve the load capacity,and can be applied in practical engineering.
