摘要
目的探讨以心理干预为重点的医护一体化术前访视对老年全麻手术患者围手术期获益感的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月期间的88例老年全麻手术患者为研究对象,采用住院编号奇偶数字排列法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施以心理干预为重点的医护一体化术前访视。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的疾病获益感、心理状态以及护理质量。结果实施以心理干预为重点的医护一体化术前访视干预后,观察组患者的围手术期获益感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的拔管时间、苏醒时间短于对照组,生命体征优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以心理干预为重点的医护一体化术前访视可显著提升老年全麻手术患者的围手术期获益感,缓解其不良心理状态,提高护理质量,对患者的优质预后具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention focused integrated preoperative visits on the perioperative benefit finding of elderly patients operated under general anesthesia.Methods 88 elderly patients operated under general anesthesia from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control and observation groups according to the odd and even admission numbers.The control group was given routine integrated preoperative care and the observation group received extra psychological intervention focused integrated preoperative visits.Three aspects of benefit fining,mental status and nursing quality are observed and compared between two groups before and after the intervention.Results After implementing the psychological intervention focused integrated preoperative visit intervention,patients in the observation group had higher scores of perioperative benefit finding than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The adverse psychological status score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The extubation time and awakening time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group and the vital signs in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological intervention focused integrated preoperative visits can significantly improve the perioperative benefit finding of elderly patients under general anesthesia,alleviate patients′bad psychological status,improve the quality of care and thus is important for the high quality prognosis of patients.
