“双高”职业院校教师教学发展的特征、状态与路径——基于职业教育“生态雨林”的视角 被引量:1

Characteristics,Status and Paths of the Teachers’Teaching Development in“Double-high”Institutions——From the Perspective of“Ecological Rainforest”in Vocational Education

摘要 职业教育“生态雨林”理念揭示了职业院校教师教学发展在职业教育系统内要素及系统内外物质、能量和信息交换的生态平衡互动。高职院校教师教学发展“生态雨林”系统具有复杂性、跨界性、平衡性和成长性等特征。分析197所“双高”职业院校教师教学发展指数,发现“双高”院校教师教学发展生态系统存在内生结构、空间结构和功能结构不平衡的问题,要树立生态理念,引领“双高”院校教师教学发展;优化生态结构,推动“双高”院校教师教学协同发展;稳固生态节点,激发“双高”院校教师教学发展动力;培育生态环境,健全“双高”院校教师教学发展保障体系。 The“ecological rainforest”of vocational education reveals the ecologically balanced interaction of the elements of teachers’teaching development in vocational education system and the exchange of materials,energy and information within and outside the system.The“ecological rainforest”system of higher vocational teachers’teaching development is characterized by complexity,cross-boundary,balance,and growth.The teachers’teaching development index of 197“double-high”institutions shows that there is an imbalance of endogenous structure,spatial structure,and functional structures.Therefore,in“double-high”colleges and universities,it is necessary to establish ecological concepts and lead the teachers’teaching development;optimize the ecological structure and promote the collaborative development of teaching;stabilize the ecological nodes and stimulate the teachers’teaching development momentum;cultivate the ecological environment and improve the guarantee system of teachers’teaching development.
