摘要
[目的/意义] ChatGPT及GPT类技术可对医学知识的推理、评估等进行变革性拓展,可能彻底改变具有“软”“硬”两个走向的医学信息学。[方法/过程]文章先以两种典型的多基因疾病为案例,借助ChatGPT及GPT类技术,从早期预防、疾病诊断、治疗方法、预后和护理、图像呈现5个方面进行案例展示。后分别阐述其在基因表达与分析、临床疾病的诊断与预防、药物的发现和预测、健康信息获取和使用4个方面的应用前景。[结果/结论]未来需增进医学信息学和GPT技术之间的协同,造福人类和社会。
[Purpose/significance]ChatGPT and GPT-type technology can revolutionize the ratiocination and evaluation of medical knowledge,potentially change medical informatics with both“soft”and“hard”trend.[Method/process]Based on Chat-GPT and GPT-type technology,this article presents case studies of two typical polygenic diseases from five aspects:early prevention,disease diagnosis,treatment methods,prognosis and care,and image presentation.Then,it discusses the potential applications of GPT technology in gene expression and analysis,clinical disease diagnosis and prevention,drug discovery and prediction,and the acquisition and use of health information.[Result/conclusion]In the future,it is necessary to promote the cooperation between medical informatics and GPT technology,for increasing the well-being of humanity and society.
