摘要
目的针对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情,建立一体化协作的隔离病房远程会诊系统,探讨建设智慧隔离病房的价值和意义。方法依托青岛大学附属医院(青大附院)数字医学优势和远程会诊技术,利用先进的通讯技术,通过远程实时视频和远程医学影像图像传输,在青大附院建立一体化协作的隔离病房远程会诊系统,共对20例新冠肺炎隔离患者进行了远程诊治。结果该系统与青大附院HIS系统、PACS系统、LIS系统等成功进行了对接,构建了一套新型的一体化协作的隔离病房远程会诊体系。利用该系统进行远程会诊,青大附院收治的20例新冠肺炎患者均治愈出院。本系统可以精准救治新冠肺炎患者,降低患者的病死率,提高治愈率,缩短住院时间。并且在诊治患者的过程中无医护人员感染。结论本系统能够为隔离病房患者提供及时、高质量、精准的医疗服务,提高患者治愈率,显著降低医护人员的感染率,保护医务工作人员安全。该系统具有重要的临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To establish an integrated and collaborative remote consultation system for isolation wards accor-ding to the epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to investigate the value and significance of building intelligent isolation wards.Methods The integrated and collaborative remote consultation system for isolation wards was established in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University based on the advantages of digital medicine and remote consultation techno-logy of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,advanced communication technology,remote real-time video,and remote medical image transmission.A total of 20 isolated patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed and treated using this system in a remote manner.Results The system was connected with the HIS system,PACS system,and LIS system in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University to establish a new integrated and collaborative remote consultation system for isolation wards.The 20 patients with COVID-19 admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were cured and discharged after being managed using the remote consultation system.The system could be used to accurately treat patients with COVID-19,thus reducing the mortality of patients,increasing the cure rate,and shortening the length hospital stay,and no medical staff were infected during the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Conclusion The integrated and collaborative remote consultation system for isolation wards can provide timely,high-quality,and accurate medical services to patients in isolation wards,improve the cure rate of patients,significantly reduce the infection rate of medical staff,and protect the medical staff,so it holds promise for clinical application.
