摘要
针对在运输过程中的疫苗质量保证以及损耗疫苗溯源可查的问题,文章通过对需求的调查分析与系统设计,采用RFID标签与温度传感器实时监测疫苗的温度,并通过通信接口将数据传递至后台数据库,分别开发了Web端和移动端的实时监测系统的管理软件,并对硬件系统进行了简单的测试,该系统实现了疫苗运输过程的全程监测和管理。该监测管理系统可以确定出现问题的环节,追究溯源,从而保障疫苗的质量,减少疫苗运输的成本,提高工作效率,增强监管力度并对导致疫苗失活的相关运输环节进行有效、准确的追责。
In view of the problems of the quality assurance of vaccines and the traceability of lost vaccines during transportation,through the investigation and analysis of requirements and system design,this paper monitors the temperature of vaccines in real time by RFID tags and temperature sensors and transfers data to the back-end database through the communication interface,and develops management software of the real-time monitoring system of the Web side and mobile side respectively and simply tests the hardware system.This system realizes the monitoring and management of the entire process of vaccine transportation.This monitoring and management system can identify problematic links and trace the source,so as to safeguard the quality of vaccines,reduce the cost of vaccine transportation,improve work efficiency,enhance supervision,and carry out effectively and accurately accountability for the relevant transportation links that lead to vaccine inactivation.
